What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in USD.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you are able to cancel your order and receive a full refund with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order prior to the start of production which you will be informed of.

I have entered an incorrect address when I placed my order, what do I do now?
Simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct address and we will make the change or kindly message us on our Contact Us page with your order number.  Shipping costs may change as as a result of the change.  Please inform us of the corrected address prior to delivery, so we can make that adjustment and ship your home to the correct address.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 30-45 days production time prior to your order being shipped.  We will keep you informed every step of the way.  

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and will be provided once your delivery address is confirmed.
